Li'l Inspirations is a secure on-line store.  All information sent to us is encrypted for your safety.  We will never sell our customer's name, e-mail address, etc. to any mailing list company or any other third party company.  You can be assured your information is kept confidential.

We want you to be pleased with our service and products.   We guarantee our products to be free of defects.  We appreciate our customers and treat you the way we would like to be treated. Personalized items are not returnable; however, if the item is flawed, we will gladly ship you a replacement.

Shipping
We ship to all 50 US States and to most foreign countries. We ship via the United States priority service to standard adresses, rural routes, PO Boxes, and APO addresses.

We ship all packages with 'delivery confirmation'. Once delivery of package has been confirmed, we will not be held liable or responsible for 'lost' or 'stolen' packages.

You can request, 'Signature confirmation' in the special instructions area, during check out (an additional fee of $3 will be added to your shipping cost).

We are currently shipping in approximately 2 weeks, which means you will receive your order in approximately 2-3 weeks.   If needed earlier, there will be a special instruction section during your check-out and let us know your special requirements, or you can e-mail us with date needed, and we will try to accommodate an earlier shipping date.  This is not always possible, especially during our busy season.    Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.  Monday through Friday are our business days.

Shipping charges are based on weight and start at $5.25.
