How long will it take to receive my custom order?

I waited to the last minute.  Can I rush my order?
Absolutely!  :D  During your check out process, in your shopping cart, there will be an option to Rush Upgrade your order.  Your custom order will be created and shipped out in 3 business days.  It will be shipped via the shipping method you select.

 

What shipping method is used?
We ship via USPS - the United States Postal Service

  

Do you ship internationally?
We sure do.  We have shipped all over the world!  Please remember Lil Inspirations will not be responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with the shipment. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary by country. 

 

Can I see what my custom item will look like before I receive it?
Absolutely!  :D  During your personalization process, just select the option to receive a digital proof.  We will email your custom proof in about 2-3 days after placing your order. 

If for some reason you don't like the way it looks, you are allowed one change for Free.  For example, the font you initially selected you would like to change to a different text font, no problem.

 

Is my information safe when shopping on-line at Lil Inspirations?
Definitely!  We take security very seriously here at Lil InspirationsOur website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification. You can check by looking at your browser and it will show https: before our website name.  The "s" on the "https" stands for secure. Not only is your check out process protected, our entire website is secure.  We use the highest encryption measures available to your protect your security.

If you sign up to join our VIP group, we will never sell or spam your email.  It will be to communicate with you about our upcoming new products, special invite only discounts and events.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an email notification immediately after placing your order. You will then receive another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

 

What is your refund / return policy?

Lil Inspirations wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, on items that are not embroidered or personalized, you can return the products to us for a full refund of the product price. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number.

We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. We must receive your return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.


We do not accept returns on personalized items.  If there is a mistake with your personalization that happened on our end, we will happily remake it and ship it right out to you.

 

Do you offer gift wrap?
We actually do!  We understand these are beautiful gift items you are purchasing. Offering you gift packaging is one less thing you have to worry about.
